How do I know if therapy is right for me?
If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to cope with life’s challenges, therapy can give you a safe space to slow down, understand what’s happening, and explore ways forward.
Do you offer therapy for teens?
Yes. We work with teens (15+) in a collaborative, supportive way, tailoring sessions to their goals and needs.
Do I have to attend weekly sessions?
Not necessarily. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions during challenging periods, while others choose fortnightly or monthly appointments. Session frequency is flexible and decided together throughout your therapy journey.
How does payment work?
Payment is made before session to confirm your slot. Invoices are sent out on the week of your session.
Do you see clients online or in person?
Yes. We see clients in-person in Singapore and offer secure online therapy for clients across Singapore and Australia.
What issues can we work on in therapy?
We support teens and adults with anxiety, burnout, self-criticism, body image concerns, perfectionism, and navigating life transitions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We encourage advance notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours of your session incur a 50% fee, and those within 24 hours incur the full session fee.
How many sessions will I need?
Every client’s needs are different. We review progress every 8–10 sessions and adjust your plan based on what’s working best for you.
Will I have to sign a package?
No. Therapy is offered on a needs basis. We don’t lock clients into packages because everyone comes with unique goals, circumstances, and timelines.
What are your consultation fees?
A 60-minute consultation with our psychologists is SGD $250 (without GST).
