On the outside, you seem like you’re coping. You get things done. You show up for others. But inside, things can feel tangled. There may be anxious thoughts that won’t switch off. Guilt about food. A constant sense that you have to keep it all together.

I work with teens and adults who feel stuck in these patterns. Whether you’re managing anxiety, burnout, or struggling with how you feel in your body, therapy can offer a place to pause and make sense of it all.

My approach is warm and structured. I draw from evidence-based therapies and focus on helping you understand your emotions while offering practical tools to navigate them.

Over time, therapy can support you in responding to emotions with more intention. We explore ways to shift away from shame and self-criticism, and move toward a steadier, more compassionate way of living — one that feels more aligned with who you want to be.
