Managing Anger & Emotional Dysregulation

SGD 0.00

This is for students for whom behavioural consequences have not shifted the pattern. Their response is often disproportionate and recurring across settings. This programme is designed by registered psychologists.

This is suitable for Tier 2 students under the Tiered System of Support framework.

Referred students may display the following behavioural patterns:

  1. Frequent outbursts (e.g.,) raised voice, verbal aggression, or physical expressions of frustration) that is out of proportion to the trigger

  2. Difficulty de-escalating once activated; takes extended time to return to baseline

  3. Low frustration tolerance during tasks — walking out, refusing to continue, destroying work

  4. Inability to identify or articulate what triggered the response when asked afterwards

  5. Escalation in response to perceived unfairness, criticism, or redirection from staff
